All scheduling is done on first come first serve basis. Please give us as much notice as possible to schedule visits or make changes to a schedule.

We do our very best to be as accomodating as possible. We try our hardest to be at your home as scheduled. There are times when we may have a situation arise that puts us a little behind. Some times may have to be adjusted.


Existing customers feel free to schedule days and times through email, text or phone.

New customers please call first to schedule a consultation. New clients must have an in home interview prior to scheduling services. We will condust a Pet Profile and contract.

There is an additional $10.00 charge per visit on holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day , Easter, Thanksgiving, December 24th, Christmas Day, December 31st, New Years Day.

Cancellations must be done 24 hours prior or a $15.00 cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation is not made within 24 hours.

Wags to Whinnies will need two sets of keys for your home. We can securely hold on to your keys in case of an emergency need to care for your pets.


Medications: we will attempt to administer any medications your pets need. However, we cannot guarantee it will be sucessful due to situations that may arise.

Immunizations and vaccines: all pets must have the necessary vaccinations and immunizations before service begins. If a Wags to Whinnies pet sitter is bitten or exposed to any disease or ailment received from the client's pet(s) which has not been properly or currently vaccinated, the client will be responsible for all costs and damages that may incur.

Wags to Whinnies will need emergency phone numbers. Your contact information if away, veterinarian, any maintenance personnel in case of a systems malfunction in your home

All dogs will be required to be on leash during outdoor walks.

We do not refund payment or credit accounts for early returns. Please call, text or e-mail at ANY hour and leave a voice message that you have returned. We want to make sure that you made it home safe and that your pets are going to be safe also.


Sorry, but we cannot provide service to any animals that are aggressive.

Any additional necessary costs such as food, litter, cleaning supplies or other necessary items that contribute to the health and well being of your pet will be purchased by Wags to Whinnies. We will retain a receipt and the customer will be responsible for reimbursement of these items.

All of your information will be kept private and confidential.

If we are experencing severe weather we will make every effort to reach your home. Times that we reach your home may change due to weather.If the weather prevents us from reaching your home we will notify you as soon as possible. If you choose we can arrange to have a neighbor or a person you are comfortable who is close by to fill in.






Wags to Whinnies accepts cash and checks. Please make all checks payable to Wags to Whinnies Pet Sitting.

If we provide service on a weekly basis, payment is due at the beginning of the week. You may post date the check to the last service day of that week.

Return Check Charges: There is a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.

Late Payments: A late charge of 10% of the total invoice compounded daily will be assessed if payment is not received within 7 days of completion of service.

Wags to Whinnies is Bonded and Insured.
